His efforts paid off, growing the business from 30 pieces of equipment and two employees to an impressive 1,000 pieces of equipment and 82 employees. Nationwide Restorations now operates offices in Calgary, Edmonton, and Regina.
A significant challenge in insurance-based jobs is managing cash flow. Tarik often personally financed the company during tough times, avoiding over-reliance on a single income source.
